Pricing

Books Review: $297. Credited toward the $497 setup if you start a plan within 30 days.

• Core $297/month (~150 transactions)
• Plus $497/month (everything in Core, ~300 transactions; bill pay, invoicing admin, payroll coordination through your payroll provider)
• Premium $995/month (full admin and back-office, weekly close, ~500 transactions, monthly KPI & cash-flow report, sales-tax records and reminders for 1 state, optional quarterly independent CPA review billed by the CPA, next-business-day response)

Setup $497, waived with a 6-month commitment. Catch-up $175 per month behind. QBO setup for clients without a plan $399; reconciliation $199; bookkeeping-prepared financial statements (not reviewed, audited or compiled) $349 — each credited toward setup within 30 days. Extra transactions over your tier: $75 per 100, as a written add-on only. You pay for your own QuickBooks Online. Tax return preparation is never included; referral to an independent CPA.
