    Sign the agreement, add us as a user in your QuickBooks Online, and connect your bank feeds.

    We reconcile and close your books each month; a person reviews before they're locked, and you get your reports.

Do I have to use every service?

Pick a monthly plan or a one-time project such as the $297 Books Review.

Who actually does the work?

Keystone uses Software-assisted preparation with human review before your books are closed. You keep your own QuickBooks Online and bank accounts; tax returns are prepared by your CPA, or by an independent CPA we can refer you to, who bills you directly.

What do the plans cost?

Core is $297 per month, Plus is $497 per month and Premium is $995 per month. Each plan has a $497 one-time setup fee, waived with a 6-month commitment. Catch-up work is $175 per month behind. You pay for your own QuickBooks Online subscription. Prices are before applicable taxes. The monthly fee starts at go-live and renews automatically every month until you cancel by email, effective at the end of the paid period.

Will I own my accounts and content?

Yes. You keep your own QuickBooks Online and bank accounts and give us user access. The agreement covers your records and data.

Can you guarantee results or savings?

We review your books and accounts, confirm what's included in writing, and you approve the plan before work starts. No guaranteed financial results.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of New Hampshire, fully remote. Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm; online requests accepted 24/7; we reply during business hours, usually within one business day.

Can I sign up for bookkeeping now?

Yes. Keystone is now accepting new clients. Get started through the contact form and we will confirm scope and the right plan with you. Plans are Core $297, Plus $497 and Premium $995 per month, with a $497 setup fee waived on a 6-month commitment (you pay for your own QuickBooks Online). See bookkeeping plans or the services menu.

Does AI run every service by itself?

No. AI assists with categorizing and reconciling; a person reviews every close, and you approve anything that goes out under your name. Live automation is not connected on this website.

Will I receive one bill for everything?

Keystone bills only for its own work. QuickBooks Online, your payroll provider and your CPA bill you directly.
