Inquiry form

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, business name, email, optional phone, industry, services of interest and notes) and the date and time you agreed to be contacted. We send them by email to the Keystone team and save them in our private contact list so we can reply and follow up about your inquiry.

We use these details only to respond to your inquiry and discuss services you asked about. We do not sell them. We keep them while we are in contact and delete them on request. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, reply to any email from us or write to hello@keystonepartnersnh.com.

Do not enter sensitive personal information, employee records, passwords, payment details or financial documents.

Business Health Check

The Health Check runs in your browser. Its answers are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in an inquiry.

Requests needed to display the site

Your browser requests pages and images from the website host (Vercel) and fonts from Fontshare. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address and browser details to deliver their services. Our email provider processes inquiry emails on our behalf.

This site uses no analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or application cookies.
